Eid Gathering

The District Council of Pamplemousses held its Annual Eid Gathering on 31^st July 2014 at Plaine des Papayes Social Hall. Some 300 invitees including eminent personalities, a delegation from La Commune de Salazie (Reunion Island), District Councilors, Chairpersons, staffs and villagers attended the function. The event hosted a cultural show; a Quiraat recitation, Quawalee songs, followed by a dinner.
