Following the Village Council elections held on 21 November 2020, representatives from each of the 18 Village Councils were elected to sit at the District Council.
The District Council of Pamplemousses is constituted of 21 members, as three major villages have two representatives at the District Council of Pamplemousses.
These are Baie du Tombeau, Le Hochet and Triolet.
The Chairperson was elected during a special meeting held at Plaine des Papayes Multipurpose Complex on 02 December 2020
The District Council of Pamplemousses is constituted of the following members:-The Council meets once every fortnight in the Council Chamber at Terre Rouge
