The Council signed a Twinning Agreement with the District of Grand Anse Praslin (Seychelles) and in this connection; we receive a delegate, Mr. Moses Barbé as from 20 to 24 October 2014.In collaboration with Association des District Council and in presence of Mrs. Jacqueline Moustache-Belle, Mayor of Victoria, an official Ceremony held in the evening at the conference Room, Jalsa Beach Hotel, Poste Lafayette. The signature of the Twinning Protocol was indeed a remarkable ceremony followed by a dinner at Hotel.
